General, Sustaining, Platinum and Platinum Plus Membership

Regional development organizations designated by state law or executive order or a compact of local governments as a multi-jurisdictional planning and development agency.

Associate and Sustaining Associate Membership

Organizations and individuals not eligible to join as a regional development organization, such as local governments, single purpose planning entities (such as a standalone RPO or MPO), state agencies, nonprofits, universities, corporations, foundations and other stakeholders.
